Tower- The tower holds all of the parts inside of it.
Motherboard- Connects all of the parts together.
CPU- Central processing unit,processes instructions.
Heat sink - It cools the Cpu so it doesn't melt.
RAM- Random access memory, saves memory temporarily.
Graphics card- a printed circit board that controls the output to a screen.
DVI Cable- The dvi suppothe video output in a computer.
Sound Card- a device which can be slotted into a computer and used for sound
Network Card- The network card connects you to the internet ( Lan Card)
Ethernet Cable- Connects you directly to your internet, from your computer.
Hard Drive- Stores all of the memory on your computer
Floppy disk drive- Area in which you insert the floppy disk.
Floppy Disk- Holds 1.4 Mb of images,videos etc...
DVD- Allows the computer to read dvd's and can burn a copy onto your computer, holds up to 4.1 GB of memory.
Power Supply- Supplies power to the computer, giving it power to run.
Ribbon Cable- a cable for transmitting electronic signals consisting of several insulated wires connected together to form a flat ribbon.
Sata Cable- Integrated drive electronic which is faster than the ata and the pata
